2019 DBC Family Camp
Come join us for a relaxing time in God's wonderful creation! Enjoy worship, fellowship, games, and challenges from God's Word. Stay for the day or bring your tent, trailer, or motor home to our private group site at Manchester State Park, located on the beautiful Puget Sound! ** CAMP FEES **
Day-Only: $5/person with a $25/family max (includes all days of camp) (see park entrance fee below *) Overnight Tent: $15/person with a $60/family maximum (includes all days of camp) Overnight Camper/RV: $5/person with a $25/family maximum (includes all days of camp), PLUS $35 per night for RV/Camper with hookup... or $30 per night for RV/Camper without hookup.
* Above fees include all days of camp. You do NOT pay the fee per night (other than RV rates). No further discount if you only plan to stay part of the time. * Include infants in your registration as we have to pay for every person in the camp. * Day-only guests must also have a Day Pass ($10) or the annual Discovery Pass ($30) to enter the park. Pass can be purchased at park entrance or online in advance if you do not already own one. * The park does not require overnight guests to have a Discover or Day Pass. Simply tell the ranger at the gate that you are staying overnight with Discovery Baptist Church. * All attendees (both day guests and over-nighters) need to pay the camp fees listed above regardless of whether they already own a Discover Pass. The "Familiy Camp Fees" cover the costs to reserve the group site and run Family Camp.

~ Weather is currently forecasted to be ___ degrees and lots of _______ [rain/sunshine]! Bring sunscreen, towels, and swimming clothes if it's hot so you or the kids can get wet! ~ Fire ban: TBD ~ RVs, please park on either outside end of the parking lot so we can have better visibility in the center area. ~ Showers run off tokens (purchase at park entrance). Cold water runs all day for free (and may come in very handy if it's hot) but tokens are required for hot water (3 minutes per token). ~ Bringgames to play and share! ~ Large paved parking. Bring bikes/scooters/skateboards for kids. (Note: no riding after dark.) ~ Pray for God to make this our best family camp ever!

This private, group campsite accommodates up to 130 people ("first-come, first-served"). There are 12 RV hookups for water and electric as well as over-flow parking for the other vehicles. We are not allowed to park on the main lawn, but overflow parking is available on the grass along side the perimeter road of this group site.
There are full restrooms with shower facilities (2 single, unisex restrooms), a group fire pit, and 5 fire pits that are alongside the 5 picnic tables. It also has a sizable pavilion (with power) and a horseshoe pit. The side yard can accommodate more tents as well as any games families want to bring. (Volleyball will be set up.)
There will be games for the kids and adults (that still think they are kids). The final schedule will post shortly before camp.
